Cable length vs Frequency E&H Field

I have a question of why are Cables more effective and radiated in the frequency range from 30 MHz up to 1000 MHz or more ?

This is my answer:
– the wave length (λ) is inversely proportional to the frequency and directly proportional to the length of cables.
as we know that cables which pass electrical signal can radiate E-field & H-field and acting as a radiated antenna so at higher frequencies small length cables with length in cm range become more effective and radiative, So i think it’s important to scan the frequency range from 30 MHz to 1000 MHz or more to see the radiation effect of cables.

In the fact, cables can act as a transimitting and recieving antenna at the same time because it is not radiating E-field and H-field only but also it can recieve Electromagnetic waves and act as a recieving antenna if it exposed to RF signals in the range from 80 MHz to 1000 MHz or more
